(Founder, Managing Director & CEO)

Sriram Subramanya brings with him the strategic focus and mature domain/business judgment for over two decades of CEO experience in the publishing BPO industry. Sriram has been the chief architect of Integra's meteoric growth providing overall directions which include conceptualizing and implementing operating strategies to realize Integra's business goals.

Sriram kick-started his career 22 years ago with a reputed auto ancillary manufacturer and had been an instant success story as a young achiever. The entrepreneur bug bit him 6 years later and since then, it has been a no looking back journey.

Today, Integra has grown to be one of the top 5 content processing companies with 1300+ professional in India providing services to most of the top 20 publishers and corporates across the globe. Sriram’s farsightedness in creating a sustainable organization had resulted in continuous investments in R&D and emerging technologies with a strong customer orientation without any compromise on quality.

 

Anuradha Sriram
(Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director)

Anuradha Sriram is the Co-founder and Joint Managing Director at Integra. She has over 16 years of industry experience in various senior positions of which the last 13 years has been in IT enabled services. Anuradha Sriram had a very significant role to play in the foundation of Integra. Her focus is on people development, especially mentoring and grooming young talent into highly successful and effective managers and leaders. She personally champions ‘Sakthi Oli’ – a women empowerment initiative at Integra.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics & Instrumentation) and a Master's degree in Management. Today she mentors the Finance and HR functions in Integra in addition to getting involved in certain key customer engagements.
