Quality systems and procedures have been carefully evolved over a period of time and adopted at every stage to ensure consistency and high quality of services. Custom made solutions are designed to fit each publisher and each project, with a drive to deliver quality on time, every time. Quality certifications like ISO 9001:2008 are a feather in the cap and there are certain critical areas which strictly adheres to no-compromise / zero-error zone.
With stringent Quality Assurance measures in place, we take extra care in preventing any errors at every stage. The following process would provide a quick overview of our strengths in ensuring high quality deliverables.
Periodic Internal and External Quality audits are conducted to improve Quality processes. Integra’s Quality Management System (QMS) is robust and supported by online documentation that helps in catering to varying customer requirements. The quality / production process include thorough incoming inspection, proof reading, pre-final inspection, final inspection and auditing.
Integra is exploring various additional quality initiatives like Six Sigma and others to move towards its long term objective of zero quality errors.
