      In Text: This is the process of line-by-line reviewing of every page in the document for specific keywords. The relevant data extrapolated from the body of the documents can be:

      Issue Coding: The process marking testimony of particular issues, instead of actually summarizing the deposition transcript to search them during depositions using Live Note software based on the input by the client.
      Judgment Coding: It is the process of summarizing the details about the judgments of the trials from Judgment verdicts.
      Bates Numbering/Stamping: A unique number is assigned to the scanned documents while scanning to identify its relationship and access them in future from document management systems. This is termed as Bates Numbering.
      Bates capture: It is creation of an index by capturing the unique number stamped on the documents.
      EDD (Electronic Data Discovery): The process of seeking and locating data present in an electronic format and securing it in a reliable format for using it as evidence in a civil or criminal legal case.
